Dinner menu SF Restaurant Week, $40
JARANITA SAMPLER
Cebiche Clasico, Catch of the day, classic leche de tigre, red onion, habanero, corn, sweet potatoes
Croquetas de Cangrejo, Local and seasonal dungeness crab croquettes, avocado aioli
Veggie Empanadas, Sweet chard, corn and cheese filling. Avocado-cucumber dressing.
Main courses (CHOOSE ONE)
Arroz con Pollo, Cliantro and aji amarillo based wok fried rice. Topped with a quarter of pollo a la brasa, onions and tomato salad, yellow Peruvian pepper cheese sauce.
Lomo Saltado, Peruvian style stir fry beef mixed in with potato fries and served with rice & choclo.
Saltado Jaranita, Wok fried shrimp-salmon with seasonal vegetables. In an aji panca & gochujang sauce.

Chocolate Mousse, Peruvian chocolate mousse, caramelized quinoa meringue

Chicken Empanada, Pollo a la brasa filling. Yellow Peruvian pepper sauce
Pastel de Choclo, Baked corn cake topped with sauteed mushrooms and served with a small salad

Pollo a la Brasa, A quarter of chicken. Served with a salad and fries.
